I took my broken laptop to Jon to be fixed, he was quick, efficient and courteous. More than that he identified a known fault with the graphics card, checked it out on the internet and discovered that the supplier had extended the warranty and that I could get it repaired for free. This was superlative service and I would recommend this company very strongly.

Hi, I spoke with you on Saturday regarding my PC BIOS upgrade that went wrong and I’d just like to say many thanks for all your helpful advice. I removed the battery as suggested and it did the trick. I’ve now successfully upgraded the Bios but am very grateful for all your help - I’ve worked in IT since 1981 (currently a Unix HP/SunSolaris specialist) and that PC tip was a new one for me and it just shows that there’s still much to learn! Once again many thanks.
Just to say thank you for all your help in sorting out my computer. The new screen is so big I can sit back instead of crouching over it, and I don’t have to change to my ‘computer glasses’ anymore.
